Is there a better way to stop the clock when you've run out of time outs than throw four consecutive incomplete passes from your own four yard line?

At least our D showed it can hold back bad teams when they get in our red zone.  That's a positive.  And we scored, once.  But the offense still dreams of mere competence, the defense just sets up checkpoint stations for 80 yards of the field.  A long way to go, Spags.  Just not going to happen this year. Next week, Green Bay.  If it's not 56-3, we'll consider that a success.
