Reminder: The Prairie Cartel (myspace), Chicago's well-regarded dance/rock project from Scott Lucas of Local H and the guys from Caviar/Fig Dish, makes rare NYC appearances tonight at The Studio at Webster Hall and tomorrow at The Annex as part of the Ruff Club party.
